Acceptance of Terms
By registering for the San Miguel Literary Institute conference or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Registration & Payment
All registrations are processed through Cvent, our authorized registration partner. Full payment is required to confirm your registration. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change until your registration is confirmed.
Refund Policy
Full refunds are available until January 15, 2027. A 50% refund is available from January 16 through February 1, 2027. No refunds are issued after February 1, 2027. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
Program Changes
The San Miguel Literary Institute reserves the right to substitute speakers, modify the program schedule, or cancel events due to circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a full conference cancellation, registered attendees will receive a full refund.
Code of Conduct
All attendees, speakers, faculty, and staff are expected to treat each other with respect and professionalism. Harassment or discriminatory behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the conference without refund.
Photography & Recording
By attending the conference, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. Individual sessions may have specific recording restrictions communicated by faculty.
Intellectual Property
All conference materials, presentations, and content are the intellectual property of the San Miguel Literary Institute and/or the respective speakers. Reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
The San Miguel Literary Institute is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your attendance or use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your registration.
